What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable, so do let our front desk know in advance.
How do I get the best rate?

How many guests can a room hold?
Each room comfortably hosts 2 adults. A maximum of 3 guests is possible with an extra bed, which is available on request and chargeable.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, a complimentary breakfast is included with every room, served at The Lilly's from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
What is the cancellation policy?
Retention charges apply based on how far ahead you cancel. Full details are on our Terms, Policies & Resort Guidelines page.

Where exactly is Sanskreti?
We are on Kallanchery Island, North Kumbalanghi, Kochi 682007, a short drive from Kochi city but a world away from it. See our Location page for a map.
What is the nearest airport and railway station?
Cochin International Airport is about 42 km away (around 1 hour), and Ernakulam Junction is about 14 km away (around 35 minutes).
Do you arrange transfers?
Yes. We offer airport, railway station and bus stand transfers on request. All transfers are chargeable and can be arranged through our reservations team at the time of booking.
Is parking available?
Yes, complimentary parking for up to 80 cars is available for all guests.
On the island
What is Kavaru?
Kavaru is a natural bioluminescence that lights up the backwaters on certain nights, a glow with no parallel in the region. It is seasonal and weather-dependent, one of those things you have to see to believe.
What is there to do?
Backwater and country-boat rides, the infinity deck and pool, fishing, bird watching and village walks through Kumbalanghi. Fort Kochi, Mattancherry and Jew Town are a short drive away. See Experiences.
Tell me about dining.
The Lilly's serves fresh local seafood and Western dishes with lake and garden views, all day from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM. In-room and poolside dining are also available. See Dining.
Is the spa open?
Parampara Spa, our Ayurvedic wellness offering, is coming soon. When it opens it will run daily from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM by appointment.
Policies
What ID do I need at check-in?
Indian guests should carry a valid government photo ID with address proof (Aadhaar is preferred; PAN is not accepted as address proof). International guests must present their original passport with a valid visa.
Are pets allowed? Can I smoke?
Pets are not permitted on the premises, and Sanskreti is a strictly non-smoking property. All rooms and common areas are smoke-free.
What is the children policy?
Guests aged 12 and above are considered adults for billing. Children between 6 and 12 are charged additionally, and children 5 and under stay complimentary without an extra bed.
