Named for Lillykutty

Long before Sanskreti became a hotel, this island knew how to feed people well. Achan Bava Rockey, the family patriarch, kept a home where no one left the table hungry, guests, workers and neighbours alike.

That tradition passed to Lillykutty, who learned the old recipes, authentic Kerala seafood caught fresh from the family's own waters, and made them her own. Her cooking earned her a place in newspapers and magazines, and the love of every guest who sat at her table. The Lilly's is named in her honour.

The menu carries forward what she started: fresh local seafood, prepared simply and cooked with care, alongside a selection of Western dishes for those who want something familiar.
